Reaferral is a referral tracking and management platform designed for real estate professionals. The Service allows you to:
- Track and manage referral relationships
- Calculate and monitor referral commissions
- Create and share referral links
- Collaborate with team members
- Generate reports and analytics
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
Account Creation: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
Account Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Harvest or collect user information without consent
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Violate any applicable real estate laws or regulations
Professional Conduct: As a platform for real estate professionals, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with applicable real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Our Property: The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Reaferral and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.
Free Tier: Reaferral currently offers a free tier with core functionality. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or plans in the future.
Future Pricing: If we introduce paid plans, you will be notified in advance of any charges. Continued use of paid features constitutes acceptance of applicable fees.
Refunds: Refund policies, if applicable, will be specified at the time of purchase for any paid services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected
No Financial Advice: Reaferral is a tracking tool, not a financial advisor. Commission calculations are estimates and should be verified independently.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REAFERRAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reaferral, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you submit to the Service
Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Arbitration: Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
